Cancellation Policy

Please note that we appreciate as much notice as possible for cancellations in order to offer the appointment to other clients on the waiting list. If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This fee is payable at your next appointment or if you do not reschedule your appointment you will be sent an invoice by post. Please note that no rebate is available on the cancellation fee.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
